Software that runs your business.

Websites, apps and business software for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets, paper, and systems that do not talk to each other.

From a website to a shipped app.I design it, I code it, I publish it.

// WHAT I DO

Three situations, and what I do in each

You need to be online

A site that looks like you, loads fast and converts on a phone, an app your customers install — and the image that goes with it.

  • Website and apps

A site that loads fast and sells on mobile, or an app your customers install like any App Store one. One codebase for web, iPhone and desktop.

    • iPhone
    • Android
    • Web
    • App Store
    • Google Play
  • Getting paid online

Card payments, subscriptions and customer accounts, wired into your site or your app. And if your market asks for it: cryptocurrency payments and smart contracts.

    • Stripe
    • Subscriptions
    • Cryptocurrency
  • Brand image, design and video

Logo, identity, screens drawn before they are coded. And the advert: written, shot, cut and scored here. The same eye draws the interface and cuts the clip.

    • Branding
    • UI design
    • Ad video
    • Social

Your business runs on spreadsheets

The field calls the office, the office retypes the data, and nobody knows where the work stands. This is the problem I solve most often.

  • Custom management software

No more spreadsheets and calls to the office. Work orders, punch-clock and schedules your crew fills in from the field and you watch live.

    • Work orders
    • Punch-clock
    • Schedules
    • Inventory
  • Real-time data

What gets entered in the field shows up at the office within a second, on every device, even after the network drops.

    • Offline
    • Realtime
    • Postgres
  • Location and field tracking

Track vehicles, crews or equipment to the metre. I have worked on air-to-ground 3D positioning in a defence context — where a wrong position is not something you fix on the next refresh.

    • Vehicles
    • Equipment

You have a problem nobody wants to take on

Software that has to talk to machines, see through a camera, or hold up against someone trying to break it.

  • Cryptocurrency and ransom

Ransom demands are made in cryptocurrency, and that is where a company goes in blind: what is traceable, what law enforcement can do, and what paying does not fix. I explain what you are looking at — the decision stays yours, but it gets made knowing.

    • Blockchain
    • Traceability
    • Data disaster
  • Cameras and on-board AI

Cameras that see and decide on their own: detection right on the machine, alert in under half a second, nobody watching a screen. I have built this kind of system as 360° vision on autonomous mining machinery — equipment with precisely nobody in the cab.

    • 360°
    • Alert in 0.5 s
    • Autonomous mining
  • Software that talks to your machines

Former telecom technician and industrial robotics builder. I connect your software to any device: camera, sensor, audio, WiFi, Bluetooth.

    • Bluetooth
    • WiFi
    • Sensors
    • Robotics
  • Security, and help when it goes wrong

Ethical hacker: I find the holes before attackers do and hand you a written report. And if the worst happens — ransomware, intrusion, lost data — you get me on the phone, day or night, to contain it, recover and decide with facts.

    • Penetration testing
    • Ransomware
    • 24/7

Businesses from here, and the work delivered for them

Sébastien is exactly the guy I needed. I own businesses in several different fields and he delivered on every one of my divisions. His work is modern, one of a kind, and pushed as far as it goes.

The work behind the quote

    ~/projets/hardware-dog

    Hardware Dog

    Hardware diagnostics — local first

    • LOCAL_FIRST
    • USB_·_I2C_·_UART
    • SEALED_EVIDENCE

A dog that sniffs out the problem for you. It watches the voltage, the bus and the network at once on a single USB port, and says which of the three let go first.

Instead of “it disconnects sometimes”, you get: four disconnects out of four followed a voltage drop, high confidence, and here is the next measurement to take.

    Open the tool

01 // It correlates, it does not list

Four deterministic rules tie the domains together: a USB disconnect, a dip below 4.75 V and a lost network link stop being three incidents and become one — with a rate, a confidence level, and the next measurement to take.

02 // It says what it does not know

The monitor states its sensor, range, resolution and error — then “datasheet, not calibrated” and “diagnostic measurement, not certified metrology”. An instrument that hides its limits gets believed, which is worse than being wrong.

03 // The demo never passes for real

In simulator mode a permanent banner says “nothing on screen comes from this computer”, naming the scenario, with the button to connect a real device. A demo screenshot mistaken for a real reading is a false diagnosis.

04 // Nothing leaves the machine

The daemon listens on 127.0.0.1 only: no cloud, no telemetry, and the log is SHA-256 sealed — evidence you can re-read but not rewrite. The installer verifies the package digest before putting anything on disk.

StreetWizard: the real-time 3D map on a phone

StreetWizard

Real-time 3D, a live map and multiplayer. A geospatial social network for car culture — built solo, from the renderer to shipping on both stores.

Why I am showing you this

StreetWizard is not a client job: it is my test bench. It is where I push real-time 3D, mapping, multiplayer and phone performance — before wiring any of it into something someone pays for.

  • App Store — awaiting release
  • Google Play — awaiting release

// THE IMAGE

Code is half of it. The other half is what people actually see.

A good tool wrapped in a bad image sells badly, and I subcontract neither. Identity, design, content, and the ad video — written, shot, cut and scored here.

The proof

StreetWizard's official promo

Written, shot, cut and scored here, end to end.

Brand identity
Logo, colours, type, and a guide that actually holds up — not three PNG files sent over email.
Interface design
Screens drawn before they are coded, by the same person. Nothing gets lost between the mockup and what ships.
Marketing and content
What to write, where to put it, and who it speaks to. The copy on this site is a sample of what I deliver.
Custom ad video
Script, shoot, edit, music. Phone format for social, wide format for your site.

Reverse engineering: taking things apart to build them better

Understanding how software gets taken apart changes how you build it. What I learned by learning to open executables — and what it changed in my own code.

// HOW IT GOES

From the first message to shipped software

Six steps, always the same. You know in advance what is coming, and at what point you can still say no.

  1. 01

You say what is blocking you

No spec document needed, and no need for the right vocabulary. One or two sentences about what is slow, manual or impossible right now is enough.

  2. 02

    We talk for twenty minutes

On the phone, with me — not with a salesperson. We work out what actually needs building, and above all what does not.

  3. 03

    You get a firm price

One number, and the list of what gets delivered for it. It does not move afterwards. Nothing to pay until you have said yes to that list.

  4. 04

I build the first useful version

Not a mockup to comment on: software you open and your people actually use, as early as possible.

  5. 05

    You try it, we adjust

Using it is how you find what snags. What snags gets fixed before we build the next part on top of it.

  6. 06

I ship it, and I stay

Web, App Store, Google Play, your own server — whichever the project needs, and I am the one who does it. The code is yours, and I am still the one who answers when you call afterwards.

  • Firm price after a 20-minute call. It does not move afterwards.
  • Nothing to pay before we agree on what gets delivered.
  • The code is yours. You can walk away with it, whenever you want.

There is probably one thing at your place that is still done by hand.

Tell me which one. I will tell you what I would build, how long it takes and what it costs — no commitment, and no jargon.
